Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between Saad Information Technology, the owner and operator of the BSSM platform, and the subscribing company. By using or subscribing to the service, the company agrees to these terms.
The service
BSSM is a cloud attendance and HR system made up of an admin panel for the company and an app for employees.
Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are annual or for 6 months, and include the number of employees set in the plan.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance by bank transfer, and an invoice is issued for each subscription.
- Employees added during a subscription are charged for the remaining months only, and any reduction takes effect at renewal.
- If a subscription is not renewed after it ends, the company account is suspended until payment.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, unless we stop the service on our side, in which case we refund the value of the remaining subscription period.
Free trial
Companies get a 14-day free trial, with no obligation to subscribe afterwards.
Company responsibilities
- The accuracy of the data it enters, informing its employees about the system and obtaining their consent where needed, including consent to face verification.
- Keeping sign-in details confidential and setting its staff's permissions.
- Decisions it makes based on system data, such as deductions and payroll, and complying with applicable laws, including the Labour Law.
Data and its protection
- The company owns its data. We process it on the company's behalf and under its instructions, only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
- Data is stored with a cloud hosting provider in India, under the safeguards set by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
- When the subscription ends or is cancelled, the company has 60 days to export its data, after which it is permanently deleted.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to try to access another company's data, to disrupt the service, or to resell it without a written agreement with us.
Intellectual property
The BSSM platform, its design and logo belong to Saad Information Technology. A subscription grants only the right to use the service for its duration.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and accurate, and notify companies in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible. Support is provided through the tickets page in the company panel or at support@bssm.sa
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, or for outages beyond our control. In all cases, our total liability does not exceed the amount the company paid in the last 12 months.
Suspension and termination
The company may end its subscription at any time, subject to the refunds clause. We may suspend an account if the company breaches these terms or does not pay its subscription.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and will notify subscribing companies of any material change before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom's judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
